Eligibility: Candidate possessing at least 45% marks in the aggregate scored in the Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree examination from a recognized university can apply. Relaxation will be given to candidates belonging to SC or ST and other notified categories as per central or state government rules (generally of 5%)

Selection Procedure: Candidates are selected on the basis of merit made on the basis of entrance exam:- Pre Teachers Entrance Examination (PTET) conducted by any university approved by NCTE. Results are declared in all leading news papers with the mentioning of the date of councelling.

Supervised teaching practice: 20 lessons in each subject were given by the pupil teacher in the supervision of institutional lecturers and school teachers based on teaching feed back was given to pupil teachers orally as well as by comments in writing. Block teaching of a week long was completed to give exposures to the pupil teacher of practical management and college organization. Session of Micro teaching was organized to give feed back and a chance to improve the teaching defects in each and every students.

Other Academic activities: Timely Guests lectures, seminars, symposiums, group discussions, work shops in different subjects were organized for exchange of knowledge.
